AP Dermal Membership – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing an AP Dermal Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Use
• Memberships are valid for the individual named on the account and are non-transferable.
• Membership benefits and treatments cannot be shared with another person.
Payments
• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as agreed at sign-up (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
• All payments must be up to date to access membership benefits.
• Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension of membership privileges until resolved.
Treatments & Benefits
• Membership inclusions must be used within the allocated period (monthly) and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless specified by AP Dermal.
• Treatment plans are personalised and may be adjusted based on skin health and professional recommendation.
Bookings & Cancellations
• Standard AP Dermal booking and cancellation policies apply to all membership appointments.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the included treatment or benefit for that period.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• A minimum commitment period may apply (if applicable) and will be discussed at sign-up.
• Memberships may be cancelled with written notice in accordance with your selected plan’s notice period.
• Any unused benefits are forfeited upon cancellation.
Medical & Suitability
• All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability.
• AP Dermal reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where contraindications exist, in line with professional and safety standards.
Changes to Memberships
• AP Dermal reserves the right to amend membership pricing, inclusions, or terms with reasonable notice.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or in-clinic.

• Memberships are not redeemable for cash.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge that results vary and no guaranteed outcomes can be promised.
