Our memberships are designed to fit your lifestyle with convenient monthly direct debit payments. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. During the notice period, your membership remains active, allowing you to continue enjoying your member benefits. Any scheduled payment due during this period will still be processed before your membership concludes.

Both treatments usually sitting at $159 saving you $60 per month.
Personalised treatment planning tailored to your skin’s needs
At your initial consultation and sign up to membership we will create a personalised treatment plan
and product recommendations. Assessing your skin at every monthly treatment and answering any questions you may have.
Priority booking access
At each treatment we will re book you for your next month's treatment to make sure you have a
spot available each month that works best for you.
10% off all retail skincare products
You will get 10% off retail products. Some exclusions may apply.
Member-only offers and promotions
As an AP Dermal member, you will receive 20% off selected treatments throughout the year. While most treatments are included
packages and promotional offers are excluded from this discount. We are always happy to confirm whether your chosen
treatment qualifies before you book.
AP Dermal Membership – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing an AP Dermal Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership Use
• Memberships are valid for the individual named on the account and are non-transferable.
• Membership benefits and treatments cannot be shared with another person.
Payments
• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as agreed at sign-up (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
• All payments must be up to date to access membership benefits.
• Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension of membership privileges until resolved.
Treatments & Benefits
• Membership inclusions must be used within the allocated period (monthly) and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless specified by AP Dermal.
• Treatment plans are personalised and may be adjusted based on skin health and professional recommendation.
Bookings & Cancellations
• Standard AP Dermal booking and cancellation policies apply to all membership appointments.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the included treatment or benefit for that period.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• A minimum commitment period may apply (if applicable) and will be discussed at sign-up.
• If you wish to cancel your Membership we require 30 days notice. Your 30-days notice will commence
from the date your cancellation request is received by email. Your membership will remain active during the 30-day notice period,
allowing you to continue using your membership benefits, including any eligible treatments, discounts and offers.
Please note that any scheduled membership payment due during the 30-day notice period will still be
processed as normal. No further payments will be taken once the 30-day notice period has ended and your membership has been cancelled.
Medical & Suitability
• All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability.
• AP Dermal reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where contraindications exist, in line with professional and safety standards.
Changes to Memberships
• AP Dermal reserves the right to amend membership pricing, inclusions, or terms with reasonable notice.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or in-clinic.
General
• Memberships are not redeemable for cash.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge that results vary and no guaranteed outcomes can be promised.
