Services & Treatments

All treatments provided by AP Dermal are subject to suitability. Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we believe it is not in the client’s best interest, if contraindications are present, or if accurate information has not been disclosed during consultation or intake.

Consultations & Client Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during consultations and on intake forms. Failure to disclose relevant medical, skin, or lifestyle information may affect treatment outcomes and safety.

AP Dermal is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be made online, in person, or via approved communication channels.

We request clients arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times or rescheduling, at the discretion of AP Dermal.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits, where applicable.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and are redeemable only toward the scheduled service.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for the period stated at purchase and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services provided, no refunds are offered for completed treatments.

If you are dissatisfied, please contact AP Dermal within a reasonable timeframe so concerns may be addressed.
