Refund Policy

Treatments & Services

Due to the nature of dermal and skin treatments:

  • No refunds are provided for completed treatments or services

  • Results can vary between individuals and are not guaranteed

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees (where applicable) are non-refundable, as time and professional expertise are provided during the appointment.

Packages & Prepaid Services

Packages or prepaid treatments:

  • Are non-refundable once commenced

  • May be transferable to another treatment or service at the discretion of AP Dermal

  • Are valid for the period stated at purchase

Deposits

Deposits:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are required to secure bookings

  • Will be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show, in line with our Cancellation Policy

Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Are valid for the period stated at purchase

  • Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a service has been provided or a booking has been secured.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under ACL.

Concerns or Complaints

If you have concerns about your treatment or experience, please contact AP Dermal within a reasonable timeframe so we can address the matter appropriately
