Packages & Prepaid Services

Deposits

Will be forfeited in the event of late cancellation or no-show, in line with our Cancellation Policy
Gift Cards

Are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a service has been provided or a booking has been secured.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under ACL.
